Small Changes You Can Make Everyday To Ease Back Pain

Back pain can hinder us from taking part in not only daily activities, but significant moments and celebrations in our lives. The good news is, it’s relatively easy to make small changes in your daily routine that can significantly impact and improve your health. Follow these simple and effective tips for alleviating back pain and keeping it away for good:
1. Change your sleeping posture
Sleeping on your side or stomach can be a strain on your spine. When the vertebrae in your spine are out of alignment, it affects your entire nervous system which sends and receives signals throughout the body. Sleeping on your back with a pillow under your knees will provide some much needed support for those tender vertebrae and ligaments, allowing for some back pain relief during the day.
2. Work that core, baby!
Quite often, the cause of back pain doesn’t originate in the back. It is the result of underdeveloped core muscles. Incorporating exercises into your daily routine that strengthen core muscles will reduce your risk of back injuries, improving the way your entire body feels. 3. Up your calcium and vitamin D intake
